
Takekuni Kurosawa
Public Policy Manager, GR Japan
Takekuni Kurosawa is a public policy specialist with over 10 years of experience in policy-making and policy research and analysis. Prior to joining GR Japan, he worked as an independent public policy consultant, Chief Policy Secretary to Diet members, and served as Chief Researcher at a political party-affiliated policy research institute. He has an extensive policy-making experience in areas such as regulatory reform, regional revitalisation, and construction of party manifestos.
In addition to his work at GR Japan, Takekuni teaches public policy at the Graduate School of Public Management, Waseda University. He obtained his Ph.D. in City Planning from University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., and holds an M.Eng. in City Planning and B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Waseda University. He is fluent in English.
